Accessible Homes and TEC Hub is a cross tenure one stop service for people who need assistance to access their home environment.
A multi-disciplinary, friendly, and progressive team, we provide preventative and proactive solutions from equipment to complex adaptations.
As a Adaptations Surveyor you will work as part of a team designing, planning and overseeing adaptations to people's homes, enabling them to access all the facilities.

- Have experience of housing alterations, renovation and maintenance.
- Be able to think creatively to match solutions to identified problems.
- Due to the complex nature of the work and funding will also need to have the ability to research and understand legislation, circulars etc. relating to housing and adaptations.
- Develop and work toward delivering the more complex adaptations.
- Be part of a genuinely supportive team all committed to providing an excellent service.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team all working towards a common goal.
