Assistant Director - Asset Management

Salary £90,000 and benefits

ARK Consultancy Limited (ARK) is a thriving business working throughout the UK, delivering a wide range of consultancy services primarily within the housing sector. At the core of ARK’s service provision is consultancy advice and support around clients’ property and asset management services. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the ARK team as a member of the leadership team contributing towards the strategic direction of ARK.

The Assistant Director Asset Management will be involved in delivering a wide variety of consultancy projects for clients, including strategic reviews, operational reviews, appraisal and new service delivery operating models, project management, data analysis and performance improvement activities.

It is essential that the successful candidate brings a proven track record and extensive knowledge in senior related roles of housing sector asset management systems and processes, with a good understanding of current compliance and regulatory requirements.
