Salary: £34,649 per annum (equivalent to temp rate)

We are currently recruiting for an Interim Leasehold Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis, with the role lasting until April 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage leasehold administration processes, ensuring all records and documentation are accurately maintained
* Liaise with leaseholders, managing enquiries and providing advice as needed
* Oversee lease renewals and the associated documentation
* Process payments and service charge budgets
* Assist with compliance, ensuring all activities are in line with legal requirements

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience in a leasehold or property administration role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and leaseholders
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Experience using property management software is an advantage

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. The position is offering a competitive temp equivalent salary of £34,649 per annum.
