Job Title: Lettings Officer

Salary: £14,939.09 (equivalent to a full-time salary of £24,898.49 per annum)

Hours per week: 22.2

Contract type: Fixed term until 30/11/2026

Location: Homeworking with some travel to Newcastle under Lyme

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our Lettings Team who has a passion for delivering a customer focused service.

This role is about ensuring that our customers have a smooth move into their new homes, meeting their needs to make their new tenancy a success.

You will be responsible for the allocation of Aspire properties through the Choice Based Lettings system; ensuring that properties are let efficiently according to policy and procedure.

You will have a proven track record of delivering great customer service and an understanding of Choice Based Lettings and in return you will be given the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in housing services.
