Working across retirement living villages in Malvern, Worcester and Ledbury you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of compliance testing, health and safety checks and customer visits ensuring the schemes are safe and meeting the needs of our customers.

As a Tenancy Support Worker, you'll provide building management services and door entry intercom system monitoring. You will also report and ensure H&S repairs are carried out as soon as possible or safety measures put in place, involving the Health & Safety Manager where applicable, including RIDDOR reporting as appropriate, to maintain the general appearance and safety of the scheme.

This role is to support the team in times of holiday, sick cover and whenever additional support is needed. The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and be flexible with shift times. Some things we need from you
  • You will be customer focused and may have experience of working with customers to solve complex issues
  • An awareness of working with vulnerable Adults would be desirable
  • Great interpersonal skills, and used to communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Keen to deliver high standards with an ability to look to improve services too
  • A full driving licence is essential as you will need the use of your own vehicle available in working hours, with Business insurance cover, to be able to undertake site visits and attend other Group offices.
  • An Enhanced DBS check is also required for this role.
