Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with residents to understand their needs, concerns, and suggestions for service improvement.
- Organize and facilitate community events, meetings, and initiatives to promote positive resident engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase resident involvement in social housing projects and programs.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure residents' feedback is incorporated into service development.
- Produce reports and analysis on resident feedback to guide future improvements and initiatives.
- Promote a positive relationship between residents and the organization to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Previous experience in resident or community engagement, preferably within the social housing sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful community events and initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to understanding and addressing residents' concerns.
