About the Role As the key point of contact for residents, you will: <ul><li>Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.</li><li>Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.</li><li>Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.</li><li>Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.</li><li>Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience.</li></ul>This role may suit someone with experience in the care or retail industry, but above all, we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a strong drive to make a positive difference.
