About the role As Sales and Service Coordinator within the Social Housing Team, you will be working with customers to process incoming enquiries by phone or email, whilst delivering an excellent service. Establishing strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners to book in customer orders. Ensuring that the day to day runs smoothly through organisation and prioritisation of your workload while managing ad-hoc queries and using problem solving skills to create good outcomes today and even better outcomes in the future. As part of a small team, you will be in a fast-paced environment so you will need to enjoy working as part of a group while also being able to take responsibility for your own workload and build up relationships with your customers. Accommodation Manager

The role You'll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You'll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person's 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. Job requirements <ul> <li>Support customers to move into the service, completing detailed and thorough sign-ups to make sure young people know the rights and responsibilities of themselves and Concrete.</li> <li>Cover all reception tasks including the phone, post and reception enquiries.</li> <li>Support customers to manage their rent and service charge payments, including benefit claims where necessary.</li> <li>Maintain the safety and security of young people and the building by supervising the entrance and exit of the building, and undertaking regular health and safety checks.</li> <li>Arrange appointments for customers, for example with their GP or DWP and accompany them where appropriate.
