Why are we hiring?

The Atrato Group has been appointed as the Investment Adviser to a private UK real estate fund set up to invest in homes for the homeless. The Fund has suffered tenant, property and governance issues and Atrato have been appointed to stabilise the portfolio.

The Fund owns 900+ properties with c. 6,000 lettable bed spaces. As newly appointed Investment Adviser to the Fund, Atrato's priority will be to identify the issues facing the Fund and work with to resolve the issues.

It will be your responsibility to assist the Senior Asset Manager in stabilising the fund's portfolio, rolling out and managing asset management strategies whilst reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Quarterly tenant KPI monitoring
• Assisting the Senior Asset Manager with all asset management strategies
• Ownership of the asset management tracking and reporting process
• Securing vacant possession of properties that are occupied by private tenants
• Collecting and reporting on tenant oversight data
• Rolling property visit programme
• Owning the fund's tenancy schedule
• Input into preparation of property rectification business plans
• Assisting with property triaging according to Atrato triage categories
• Working with external property manager and contracts to enact rectification plans

Core skills & experience
• 5 years+ real estate experience
• Experience of residential asset management
• Experience in reviewing and executing lease documentation
• Ideally experience of working with Housing Associations / Registered Providers
