Operational patch: Tetbury, with travel across to the edge of Bristol City Centre
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Join our busy team as the lead expert on anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement. You'll work with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to resolve cases of nuisance, harassment, domestic abuse, hate crime, and other tenancy breaches-helping us create safe, thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and practical support to Neighbourhood and Communities Managers and coaches during investigations.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies such as the Police and Social Services to promote a multi-agency approach.
  • Lead and participate in complex case conferences.
  • Prepare legal paperwork, issue cases to court, and understand Civil Court Procedure Rules.
Experience and Skills: We are looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in social housing or a related profession.
  • Proven ability in tenancy enforcement and managing ASB cases.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, impartial, and able to balance empathy with enforcement.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Your previous experience may be in roles such as Neighbourhood Coach, Housing Enabler, estate management, tenancy officer, amongst others.
