Location: Remote (Travel to our Grimsby/ Boston offices maybe required on an ad hoc basis).

Salary: £32,787.91

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

Where I'd work:

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and the flexibility to work from locations that best support the delivery of your tasks. This could be at our offices in Grimsby/Boston, our various community hubs, at home, local coffee shops, or wherever works best for you!

What I'd need:

  • Demonstrable experience of issuing and monitoring work schedules, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, including the use of formulas, lookups, and mail merge functions.
  • A minimum of three years' administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Even better if you have:

  • ASCP Level 2 VRQ in Asset & Building Compliance Awareness.
  • Evidence of commitment to Continual Personal Development.
  • A proven background and experience of working within a property maintenance background, with a sound understanding of the as-built environment.
  • Evidence of working within an asset management system and any other programme in place to assist with the undertaking of compliance-based activities.
  • A good understanding of all the aspects of building safety compliance, including Asbestos, Fire, LOLER, Legionella, Electrical and Gas safety.
What will I be doing as a Compliance Co-Ordinator?

As Compliance Co-ordinator, you will assist in ensuring that Lincolnshire Housing Partnerships (LHP) register of assets that are subject to compliance-based activities are recorded and updated accordingly, with evidence of this being made readily available.

Part of this process will involve the checking and processing of documentation confirming that activities have been completed, working closely with other members of the Compliance Team to achieve this.

The role will require attention to detail and excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, and external parties.
