We're looking for a Compliance Surveyor who doesn't just raise the roof-they inspect it.

Location: Agile working with commute around Lincolnshire as required
Salary: £37,374.75
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday- Friday, 37 hours per week,

A typical week could look like:
- Undertaking various inspections and assessments to deliver Asbestos, Fire, LOLER, Legionella management and other compliance related disciplines such as Thorough Examination schemes and Sewage Treatment Plants within LHP to ensure that it meets obligations as a responsible social housing landlord.
- Undertaking condition and post work inspections and audits for Asbestos, Fire LOLER, Legionella management and other compliance activities are completed to the required standard.
- Assisting where appropriate to ensure that all assets are recorded, inspected and maintained as part of the overall compliance delivery for Asbestos, Fire, LOLER, Legionella and building services activity within LHP.
- Being a point of contact for advice and guidance for building compliance within LHP.
- Working with other members of the Compliance Team to ensure the successful delivery of compliance related activities.
- Assisting the Compliance Contracts Team Leader with regards to the reporting of performance of compliance related activities.
- Any other duties identified by the Compliance Contracts Team Leader with regards to the delivery of compliance within LHP.
What Skills, Abilities, Knowledge and Experience will I need as a Compliance Surveyor?
- Proactive approach towards keeping up to date with the most recent developments in the sector.
- Skills to be able to build and maintain relationships with other teams, having confidence and knowledge when providing advice with regards to building compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience using various programmes within Microsoft Office.
- Proactive approach towards undertaking and the upkeep of Continual Professional Development.
- Good understanding of all the aspects of building safety compliance, including Fire safety, Asbestos, LOLER, Legionella, Building Services, Electrical & Gas safety.
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
- Proven background working within a property maintenance background, with a sound understanding of the as built environment.
