Salary: £38,365.18

Hours: 37 hours per week
What a typical week would look like?
As Compliance Surveyor, you will deliver building compliance safety within Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) with specific focus towards Asbestos, Fire, LOLER, Legionella management, Gas and Electrical safety and other compliance related disciplines including Thorough Examination schemes and Sewage Treatment Plants.
This will involve the delivery of various inspections, audits, and review on site to ensure that LHP's stock remains in a safe and compliant manner. There will also be the requirement to maintain a level of training and continual professional development, with membership of bodies to recognise this where applicable.

This is what you'll need to thrive in this role
- IFSM recognised qualification/training for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and other Fire Safety Activities.
- Evidence of a commitment to Continual Personal Development.
- Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle.
- Proven background working within a property maintenance background, with a sound understanding of the as built environment.
- Proactive approach towards keeping up to date with the most recent developments in the sector.
- Skills to be able to build and maintain relationships with other teams, having confidence and knowledge when providing advice with regards to building compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience using various programmes within Microsoft Office.
- Proactive approach towards undertaking and the upkeep of Continual Professional Development.
- Good understanding of all the aspects of building safety compliance, including Fire safety, Asbestos, LOLER, Legionella, Building Services, Electrical & Gas safety.
