About you

If you're looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our member engagement team and support our work across the North of England.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive membership retention and growth across the North, contributing to CIH’s strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with housing organisations and sector partners, ensuring CIH’s products and services are well understood and aligned to the needs of the sector.
  • Work closely with member groups and networks to identify opportunities to enhance our offer, including local events, webinars and other engagement activities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for members across the North of England, sharing information, gathering feedback and championing member interests within CIH.
  • Collaborate with other CIH departments to grow our offer, constantly driving high standards of customer service

You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service. Highly organised and proactive with a positive, solutions-focused approach, you’ll thrive in a collaborative and flexible team environment and be passionate about supporting the housing sector.
