About you
We're seeking an exceptional events content and production manager to produce sector-leading conferences and events for a professional membership audience. This role will work alongside another events content and production manager, and both will report to the events manager.
You will lead on designing compelling programmes and formats for in-person and virtual events, curate and manage speakers, and partner closely with policy colleagues, member groups, business development, and marketing to turn insight into engaging, high-quality content.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven end-to-end conference production experience delivering multi-session programmes
- Strong editorial/content curation skills and familiarity with a range of event formats
- Experience working in a professional body / chartered institute / association context
- Demonstrable speaker acquisition and relationship management across senior and specialist contributors
- Practical understanding of AV/technical production and run-of-show planning
- Budget literacy - able to plan, monitor and report on content and production costs

Salary range
