Greenacre Recruitment is partnering with a Housing Association to find a Finance Business Partner – Service Charges. This role is key to managing financial operations, ensuring fair and transparent service charges for residents.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Support financial management within the Service Charges department
✔ Ensure accuracy and compliance with audit & legal requirements
✔ Provide financial insights to aid decision-making
✔ Develop financial models for data-driven strategies
✔ Maintain and analyse large data sets using Excel & in-house systems

What You’ll Need:

✅ Working towards or holding a CCAB accounting qualification
✅ Experience partnering with non-finance teams
✅ Strong Excel & Power BI skills (D365 knowledge preferred)
✅ Knowledge of service charge legislation (preferred)
✅ Excellent analytical & stakeholder engagement skills
