The successful candidate will join a busy team within an estate office delivering a first-class service to our tenants to minimise the impact of welfare reform and Universal Credit.
You will be responsible for engaging with both new and existing tenants, providing advice and assistance on income maximisation and welfare benefits. The Financial Inclusion Officer role is often very challenging and requires someone who is positive, excellent at problem solving, has an excellent standard of numeracy and literacy, excellent IT skills and a customer focussed attitude and approach and want to assist tenants.
