Job Description

Grade 1/2- £27345- £28521 pro rata (18 hours per week)

We are looking to appoint a permanent full time Housekeeper within our Sheltered Housing Team working 18 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, based on site at our Sheltered Schemes located across the Borough. There will be some local travel required between sites.

The successful candidate will be someone who can evidence high standards of work and the flexibility to go the extra mile to ensure our Sheltered Schemes are clean, safe and comfortable places our residents and the Supported Housing Team can be proud of. Have access to own vehicle, as this post may require cover at other sites on occasion.

Reporting to our Sheltered Scheme Officers, there will be daily contact with residents, visitors and staff and responsibility for ensuring our communal areas are clean, tidy and safe. Our Housekeepers are often first to spot and report any health and safety concerns around the Scheme. They are responsible for the safe use and storage of all Housekeeping products on site and the ordering of new stock to maintain essential supplies.
