HOUSING SUPPORT AND RECOVERY WORKER

Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible working available in terms of start/finish times, compressed hours etc. Free parking on site.

Salary: £27,876 - £30,002 (Salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)

Contract: Permanent

Base: Micklewood House, OX4 2AQ,

Job purpose: Provide flexible, proactive and assertive support, to residents of our housing projects, to promote recovery and independence within a positive risk management approach to adults with serious and enduring mental health issues. This specific project supports those who may have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence and therefore have specific trauma.
