Adferiad provides a floating support service across the County Borough of Bridgend; focusing on individuals referred to Adferiad who have history of repeated homelessness, very complex needs, experience of multiple disadvantage and for whom other services have not been successful in ending their homelessness. The emphasis of the project is to develop or sustain an individual's capacity to live in their own accommodation and achieve increasing levels of independence. The project also includes supporting to live independently in their own homes.
