We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Officer (Independent Living) to play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Independent Living by overseeing delivery, coordination and administration of projects across the Independent Living Service, with a focus on resident engagement, community partnerships, and effective project tracking.

• Collection of data understanding data performance and risk management
• Comfortable engaging with older residents in a respectful inclusive way
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient IT skills and digital tools (MS Office, Project tracking tools)
• Project management certification or equivalent experience

We manage over 6,000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.

- Assist in the planning and delivery of multiple service improvement projects
- Work with residents to gather feedback promote initiatives and codesign services where possible
- Coordinate with local agencies health and well-being services and voluntary organisations to support joint initiatives
- Help ensure projects stay on track and meet intended outcomes
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience
- Experience in administrative or project support role
- Level 3 Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field (Desirable)
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Collection of data understanding data performance and risk management
• Comfortable engaging with older residents in a respectful inclusive way
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient IT skills and digital tools (MS Office, Project tracking tools)
• Project management certification or equivalent experience
Personal Attributes
- Confident communicator with a positive people first approach
- Full, current, valid driving licence.
