About you
We’re seeking an exceptional leader with extensive experience working in an awarding organisation to drive CIH’s qualification and assessment offer.
You’ll have a strong understanding of what it takes to lead high-performing, teams specialising in qualification and assessment development, paired with a high level of regulatory understanding. Excellent project management skills are essential, as you’ll be responsible for managing complex, time dependent qualification and assessment developments.
With a keen strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the awarding organisation to develop qualification and assessment materials to support the professionalism of the housing sector, whilst ensuring exceptional centre and learner experience and satisfaction.

Salary range
- £41,417 - £44,692 per year
