Our Southwark service is a vibrant, collaborative team, comprising a dedicated lineup that includes a service manager, consultant psychiatrists, medical professionals, compassionate nurses, attentive healthcare assistants, empathetic recovery staff, passionate volunteers, efficient administrators, and supportive peer mentors.

Allowances: £4072.06 Inner London Weighting, pro rata
Full Time Hours: 37.5hrs per week
Full Time Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience, pro rata if part time

The Role:
Join our team in Southwark and play a pivotal role in:
- Supporting service users throughout their treatment journey.
- Conducting assessments and developing personalised recovery plans.
- Advocating for access to partnership services.
- Collaborating with individuals to facilitate social integration and recovery.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- experience of managing an opiate caseload with prescribing clinic experience.
- A solid understanding of substance misuse issues.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Proactive and independent work ethic.
- Knowledge of mental health interventions and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
