We are looking to recruit an exceptional individual to join dedicated multi-disciplinary team in Nottinghamshire to support service users identified through the Criminal Justice System to reduce substance misuse related harm to each individual and the wider community and to help reduce reoffending

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, paid Pro Rata)

About the role:
As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Nottinghamshire. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting service users, referred by Nottinghamshire Police, from point of entry into the service through their treatment/recovery journey
- Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
- Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination
- Supporting specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users.
- Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including, police, probation and the courts.
- Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have an understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with proficient IT skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders
- Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards
- 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising with each years' service capped at 30 days, pro rata
