We have a new role within our Buvidal team!
As a Buvidal Recovery Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals who are undergoing Buvidal (extended-release Buprenorphine) treatment as part of their opioid dependency recovery journey.
You will be responsible for ensuring that each client receives tailored care, guiding them through the recovery process, monitoring progress, and offering both practical and emotional support.
This role requires a strong understanding of addiction recovery processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers, social services, and other stakeholders.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35
* Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
With this role you'll be working as part of a team of 4 , based in Birmingham City Centre.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
You'll have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. But most of the time you'll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessment and Support:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals entering Buvidal treatment, identify their needs, and develop personalised care plans. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Treatment Coordination:
Ensure seamless coordination of Buvidal administration, working closely with prescribing physicians and healthcare teams to track client progress, provide feedback, and manage any concerns or complications.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment progress, interactions, and outcomes in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Referral:
Working alongside other healthcare professionals, social services, and community resources to ensure clients have access to a holistic range of support services, including mental health counseling, housing assistance, employment support, and more.
Advocacy and Education:
Advocate for clients within the healthcare system, ensuring they have access to all necessary resources. Educate clients and their families about Buvidal treatment, its benefits, and its role in the recovery process.
