Job Role: Residential Night Concierge (Supported Housing)
Salary:£19.153 per year
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 7 PM - 3 AM
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Bath
Additional information:
As a Residential Night Concierge, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence at Julian House's supported accommodations, including overnight and weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in keeping the building and its occupants safe and secure, all while helping maintain positive relationships with neighbours and the community. Often working independently, you'll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly. If you're dependable and enjoy making a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you!

- This role involved weekend and bank holiday working, working on a 4 on 4 off rota basis
- Please note, shifts and hours are waking nightshifts that require individuals to be aware and alert throughout the duration of the night
As a Residential Night Concierge, you'll be the friendly, reliable presence at Julian House's supported accommodations, including overnight and weekend shifts. You'll play a key role in keeping the building and its occupants safe and secure, all while helping maintain positive relationships with neighbours and the community. Often working independently, you'll be the go-to person on-site, making sure everything runs smoothly. If you're dependable and enjoy making a positive impact, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the safety and security of the building and its facilities therefore ensuring the adequacy of the accommodation is not compromised for clients
- Provide a first point of contact for the 'on call' system, to ensure that clear and concise information is detailed to the 'on call support worker'
- Maintain full and accurate logs of events during during the shift
- Actively ensure the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and patrolling at regular intervals
- Since job descriptions cannot be exhaustive; the post holder may be required to undertake other duties, which are broadly in line with the above key responsibilities
- Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Experience in a similar overnight role is preferred but not required as full training and induction will be given
