Would you like to join Hyde as a Senior Contract Delivery Manager and make a real impact in housing delivery? Previous experience such as a Head of service responsible for managing all aspects of a housing contract for a social housing provider is essential.

Hyde is looking for a Senior Contract Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our long-term PFI contracts with local councils. This senior, high-profile role ensures services are delivered efficiently, meet all contractual obligations, and maintain high standards for tenants and leaseholders. You'll work closely with Hyde's internal teams and sub-contractors to coordinate service delivery, monitor performance, and maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Through effective oversight, you will help Hyde deliver reliable, high-quality housing management services while protecting the organisation's reputation and supporting operational excellence.

What you'll do
  • Lead contract oversight to deliver excellent, client-focused services and ensure delivery meets contractual obligations and client expectations.
  • Act as the primary client-facing contact, advising on housing policies, legislation, and contractual matters.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor contract performance, identify trends, and use data and KPIs to manage risk and improve services.
  • Maintain robust governance, compliance, quality assurance, and data integrity frameworks.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Represent Hyde externally, promoting our reputation at forums and stakeholder meetings.
  • Establish and maintain effective business continuity arrangements across operational teams.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience managing housing or property management contracts, including PFI or long-term service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience acting as primary client contact, maintaining strong professional relationships and assuring service quality.
  • Ability to implement performance frameworks, monitor trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing legislation, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Experience ensuring compliance across operational services and managing regulatory risks.
