Greenacre Recruitment is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Service Charges for a Housing Association. This role acts as a crucial link between Finance and Operational service charge teams, ensuring compliance, transparency, and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead financial strategy forservice charge operations
✔ Provide strategic financial advice and business partnering support
✔ Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements
✔ Influence key financial and strategic decisions
✔ Manage, analyse, and report on large data sets (Excel & in-house systems)
✔ Build strong relationships with internal teams & external partners
✔ Mentor & develop finance business partners

What You’ll Need:

✅ CCAB qualification with ongoing CPD
✅ Extensive experience partnering with non-finance teams
✅ Knowledge of service charge legislation, rents, or contract management
✅ Strong analytical & stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Proficiency inExcel (Power BI & D365 preferred)
✅ A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical finance practices
