A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.

As a positive role model to the young people engaged in the independent living scheme, you will be excellent at forming effective relationships with young people and their families to ensure that their emotional and physical needs are met and opportunities for their development are maximised.

You will be part of the management team and be required to take part in the out of hours on call system for which an allowance is paid.
