Service Manager Supported Housing and Employment Support

30 hours per week

Permanent/part-time

£39,364.58 pa FTE, which equates to £33,741.07 for 30 hpw

Our Community Support Services work with people with housing, employment and support needs to promote independent living skills, employment and to bring about lifestyle changes and enhance their lives.

Following a restructure, an exciting newly created opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager in our Community Support Services, overseeing Supported Housing Officers and Employment Advisors.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with partners to manage leases, management agreements and occupancy agreements, working with these organisations to ensure compliance to the agreements and regulatory requirements.

You will also manage our Employment contract ensuing contractual requirements are met and outcomes achieved.

Lead and manage an enthusiastic small team of staff, through effective coaching, 1-2-1's, staff meetings and reflective practice sessions.
