We have an exciting opportunity for a Vulnerable Female Housing Support Recovery Coordinatorwho has the skills and experience to manage a caseload of female service users, ensuring that each client is provided with person centred support in regards to their recovery & housing needs.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
This role involves travelling between CGL sites, home visits and visits to partner agencies therefore holding a driving licence is preferrable
Where: Peterborough
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience, pro rata for part time hours
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st March 2026
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities
About the role:
- To provide recovery-focussed harm reduction interventions and structured psycho-social support via one-to-one case management appointments, group programmes, and onward referrals to vulnerable women.
- Supporting vulnerable women from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey
- Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral
- Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to vulnerable women and the wider community
- Promoting carer, service user and community involvement
- Providing advocacy for access to partnership services
- Working with vulnerable women to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support
- Have a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience of working within a similar field
- Have a good understanding of housing/cuckooing and how it relates to our service users
- Knowledge of relevant interventions to support and sustain recovery
- Experience of delivering person centred care
- Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written with good IT skills
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills
- Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising by 1 day for each years' service "Capped at 30 days"
