This is a part time position of 18.5 hours You will be joining a well-established and dynamic team to continue the good work in the Independent Reviewing Service. You will have relevant experience of working with and understanding to roles of an Independent Reviewing Officer and Child Protection Conference chair. Ty Parc sits within Pobl's Support division providing supported accommodation to a range of individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and have varying needs, such as, mental health issues, substance misuse issues and learning difficulties. The purpose of the service is to support customers to develop independent living skills to enable them to move onto independent sustainable accommodation. What's Great About the Role? The role will be varied and involve managing a team of colleagues to deliver a quality housing support service to vulnerable people. You will manage a team of support staff including, Lead Project Workers, Project Workers, Scheme Support Officers and Accommodation Co Ordinator's. You will inspire, challenge and manage your team to improve performance and outcomes for people who use our services. You will also be responsible for staff's wellbeing, coaching, mentoring and supervision as well as enable the people who access our services to lead successful and independent lives.
