Estates Co-ordinator Great Western Hospital Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Salary £22,000.00 to £24,000.00 depending on experience, plus Serco benefits. Main Purpose: To support Serco's Estate team in delivering planned and reactive maintenance works on site in a well organised and professional manner. The Estates Co-ordinator will report into the Compliance &amp; Asset Manager for Serco on site, who in turn will report to the Head of Estates for the contract.
