You'll be at the heart of our Estates team, ensuring compliance, supporting systems, and helping us deliver a safe and sustainable environment for staff and visitors. Role Responsibilities <ul><li>Be the first point of contact for enquiries, managing the Estates shared inbox and providing clear, helpful responses.</li><li>Create purchase orders and invoices, and assist with financial reviews.</li><li>Keep our internal communications up to date on SharePoint.</li><li>Support asset data management in line with government standards.</li><li>Maintain space booking systems and assist with reporting.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Director of Estates and team leads, including sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Occasionally take meeting notes and distribute actions promptly. Estates Coordinator

Job Description Following the company's restructuring and transition to a more sustainable 64-restaurant estate post pre-pack administration, the Estates function is focused on consolidating and optimising property management across the portfolio. The Estates Coordinator will play a key supporting role to the Head of Estates, particularly in managing and coordinating the extensive documentation required for lease assignments, licence transfers, and property-related legal processes. The role will ensure that all property records, legal documentation, and landlord correspondence are accurate, up to date, and compliant with business and regulatory standards. This role requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and precision.
