About the Role of a House Manager We are seeking a customer centric House Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. Our House Manager's key role is to enhance our Homeowner's quality of life and enable them to maintain their independence. This is a diverse role encompassing high level customer service and front of house and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong community with our homeowners through event coordination, and regular meetings to report company updates and address the priorities of our residents. Are you a qualified and experienced Social Worker Manager who has a proven track record in Statutory Children's Services and looking to join an 'Award Winning' Children's Social Care Team? We are currently looking to recruit an Independent Reviewing Officer / Child Protection Advisor to join our high performing Children's Services Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team. You will contribute to the provision of an effective Child Protection Service by chairing multi-agency Child Protection conferences. An important aspect of the role is championing on behalf of the child/young person's wishes and feelings, whilst assuring multi-agency service delivery support and challenging practice in their best interest.
