As an experienced Resident Liaison Officer you will be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days. This will cover our work in the North West. You will ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate updates / changes accordingly. In addition you will coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare, ensuring works are completed satisfactorily and managing expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams. This role will require travel as you will be covering a large geographical spread between Oldham and Burnley. hence you must have your own vehicle and valid driving license. Qualifications With the confidence to manage sometimes difficult situations, as Resident Liaison Officer you will be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. We are ideally looking for somebody who has worked for a Contractor or in a client-side resident liaison / community engagement role, preferably within planned / reactive maintenance or asset management. You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public facing role. Resident Liaison Officer

Salary: £32,755 to £37,965 per annum Location: Warrington - Ruislip Court - hybrid working arrangement Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026 We're looking for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the North region. You'll assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour. Working collaboratively with other teams, external agencies and residents, you'll ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements and investigate breaches of tenancy. We'll look to you develop and deliver neighbourhood plans and local offers as well as working with local resident groups to develop local community facilities, activities and events.
