As part of this team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our Letting processes with a focus on the very start of their tenancy and getting this off to the best possible start for our customers. You will be responsible for the housekeeping of prospective, current and former customers in our systems to ensuring documents and communications are accurate. You will also keep action plans up to date with key dates and close to make sure the reporting data is accurate and void loss mitigated. About You With experience and a sound knowledge of housing legislation, policy and practice you will be able to manage a busy and varied workload, sometimes with short deadlines and minimal supervision. The customers are at the centre of what we do so you will be able to relate to customers with delivering the service with the customers' needs in mind, responding to customer concerns with tact and sensitivity and be firm when required. The successful candidate will also be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check. Lettings Officer

The Opportunity A 24-hour Mental Health Supported Accommodation to provide social, emotional, and practical support to people experiencing challenges with their mental health and emotional well-being. The aim of this project is to guide individuals through the trauma they have experienced towards recovery, by finding the best ways for the individual to become independent and connected with their community and wellbeing. The service will operate 365 days a year 24 hours a day. Shifts will be on a rota basis and this role will involve days, nights, and weekend work. Sleep-in shifts have a set payment that includes a disrupted sleep payment where necessary. There will also be optional overtime opportunities available. Staff will have the support of a 24-hour Management On-Call system. The support will be expected to be in line with Platfform's values and the project's operational plans.
