We're looking for someone who will be the liaison between our tenants, customers and contractors to support all Repairs, Maintenance and Capital Improvement Programs. You'll deal with any issues arising from disputes regarding Assets Maintenance and Repairs Work Programmes. You'll also support various projects and act as a Trusted Assessor, meaning you'll recommend appropriate home adaptations or equipment to improve our tenant's living conditions and empower independence. For this role, you'll need to have worked face to face with customers and in a customer service focused environment. You'll also join us with a general understanding of social housing. We are looking for a great communicator who will listen to our tenants and develop good professional relationships with them alongside other members of the community.
