The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, highly motivated individual to join our successful Independent Living Skills (ILS) Learning Area. <ul><li>Part time 0.8 (29.6 hours)</li><li>Permanent</li><li>£21,108 - £41,544 per annum</li><li>Tycoch campus</li></ul>Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan, prepare, and teach across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.</li><li>Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned as well as accessible to meet the varied needs of all learners, and that Welsh Government initiatives e.g. ESDGC; Welsh Ethos; ES; Employability are embedded and assessed effectively.</li><li>Adopt and use digital tools/solutions for delivery and assessment on line in accordance with prescribed College endorsed platforms.</li><li>Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement in line with internal and external schedules/ criteria and college targets.</li></ul>About you: <ul><li>You will have at least 2 years experience of teaching learners with significant ALN.</li><li>You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent level 4 qualification with experience of working in a relevant role.
