Resident Liaison Officer

We are looking to recruit experienced Housing Support Workers to join our bank pool working across our Rotherham services. You will have experience of working with individuals with a complexity of needs, supporting individuals to live more independently and increasing their opportunities of move on to more appropriate, longer-term accommodation. Our hours of work range from Mon - Fri 9-5 to Mon - Sat 9-9pm. Housing Support Worker

Housing Support Worker We are recruiting for a Full time, permanent position. Salary Starts at £25,115, rises to £26,425 after 12 months and to £27,355 after 24 months (pro rata) Job Purpose To provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable individuals with the intention of delivering a high-quality support programme that promotes client independence; providing a successful and sustainable move on and other measurable outcomes.
