About you We are looking for a Lettings Officer with knowledge and experience of social housing and the letting of properties. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer facing role and the ability to adapt communication style to suit individual needs. You will have excellent IT skills include previous experience in the use of IT based systems and Microsoft Office. In this role you will provide street outreach, engagement activities, crisis intervention, clinical assessment. You will work closely with other team members, service providers and local homeless service providers in an effort to connect individuals to treatment, housing and other resources.
