Housing Manager - Part Time Cumbernauld / hybrid £24,678 - £25,977 per year 18.75 hours per week Monday - Wednesday We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Manager to join our Scotland Housing team. Working as a Housing Manager for a busy Housing Management team responsible for key Housing management activities including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management and tenancy management. The role of Housing Manager will include: <ul> <li>Liaising daily with Head of Housing and the team on all aspects of housing management</li> <li>Liaising with our Customer Service Centre and all other centrally based Group administration teams</li> <li>Communicating with our other housing teams across Scotland. </li> <li>Building working relationships with all local authorities where our stock is based</li> <li>Line management of the housing team. Accountable to Head of Housing</li></ul>Skills and experiences: <ul> <li>Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification (or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level)</li> <li>Housing Management experience including lettings, income management, antisocial behaviour, estate management, and tenancy management</li> <li>Experience of managing projects with strong management skills</li> <li>Experience of leading a team and working with internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice</li> <li>Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential</li></ul>Why work for us?
