About the Team This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional building maintenance surveyor seeking a new challenge to join our award winning Property Services Building Team. As part of a wider team including building surveyors &amp; M&amp;E engineers, the postholder will coordinate and deliver works through our supply chain, ensuring high standards and conformity to specification throughout. Working predominantly within the county of Warwickshire for a range of customers, the buildings we maintain include office accommodation, schools, fire stations, libraries, heritage and culture property, industrial buildings as well as farms and small holdings. The Building Maintenance Surveyor post is key to our continued success and your performance will directly contribute to it.
