About the role As a Housing Allocations Officer, you'll play critical role in delivering expert housing advice and ensuring fair and transparent allocation of social housing through our Choice Based Lettings system. You'll work closely with housing applicants, internal teams, and external partners to uphold statutory responsibilities, assess housing needs, and provide guidance on the Council's Allocation Policy. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of housing legislation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to equitable and accessible housing solutions for the Brighton and Hove community.
