About the Role: As an Independent Living Advisor (Support Worker) you'll provide a tailored service and customer-focused approach to customers living in our Independent Living Schemes and general needs properties. The vacancy 27 hours per week Actual Salary: £20,320 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Support Officer to join our Community Service team. This role provides support to customers by ensuring appropriate information and advice is given to assist them to sustain their tenancies. You will maintain a caseload of customers and deliver a person-centred support to those who often present with complex needs requiring a skilled response e.g. those in crisis, with complex welfare benefit issues or at risk of homelessness.
