Overview of a Housing Management Officer role: As a Housing Officer, you will work under the leadership and guidance of the Registered Service Manager (RSM) to deliver a responsive and customer orientated housing management service. This involves working with tenants who experience Mental Health challenges, living in accommodation supported by Rethink mental illness staff.
