Join Our Team as a Housing Support Worker!

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team, supporting adults aged 18+ who may be experiencing homelessness, isolation, safeguarding concerns, or other complex needs. Managing your own caseload, you'll work in a trauma-informed way to assess needs, develop personalised support plans, and empower individuals to overcome barriers, build life skills, and successfully move on to independent living.
Working closely with clients, landlords, partners, and external agencies, you'll coordinate support plans, facilitate move-ins, conduct property visits, and connect people with the services they need to succeed. Who we're looking for:
- Experience of working with vulnerable individuals in supported accommodation
- A natural communicator - warm, human, and able to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries
- Knowledge and understanding safeguarding responsibilities
- A UK driving licence (or one valid in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work.
