This role will require travel across Northeast London and Essex, as such you will need a driver's license and your own vehicle to be considered. Qualifications As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact for residents, requiring exceptional customer service and clear, confident communication. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential. While previous experience in a resident liaison role may be beneficial, it is not essential.
