This role provides support to customers by ensuring appropriate information and advice is given to assist them to sustain their tenancies. You will maintain a caseload of customers and deliver a person-centred support to those who often present with complex needs requiring a skilled response e.g. those in crisis, with complex welfare benefit issues or at risk of homelessness.
