Equans is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team in Stevenage, supporting the delivery of refurbishment and retrofit works on social housing schemes across the region. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have experience in a tenant- or resident-facing role, and want to make a real difference in people's lives-this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an RLO, you'll be the key point of contact for residents living in properties undergoing improvement works. You'll ensure they feel informed, respected, and supported before, during and after the programme, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth delivery on site.
